At Rousseau Plant Care, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
